Hoochie Daddy Silkies
These shorts are the antithesis to those shin length cargo shorts you see walking around the mall.
They pay homage to 5 inch length shorts your grandpa wore while he was training to storm the beaches at Normandy.
The proper length for a pair of shorts, not those glorified capri pants dudes with pasty legs, no chins, and shitty haircuts prefer.
Light enough for a run, tough enough for the gym. These are the perfect silkie short. These shorts feature built in liners with a cell phone pocket and are offered in our HLE custom patterns.
Sizing: These shorts are extremely stretchy & have draw strings. Each size will fit a range of typical sizes.

1776 is a classic American Flag with an antiqued color palette. They feature liners in our GWOT camouflage pattern.
GWOT is an ode to the various camouflage patterns utilized by the military during the 2nd half of the Global War on Terrorism. These shorts feature liners with our 1776 flag design.
Mike Force is a throwback tiger camo inspired by SOF in Vietnam. These silkies feature all black liners.
Grandpa's camo is inspired by the classic duck camo from the 70s & 80s. They feature Grandpa's blaze liners.
The OD green silkies feature Mike Force camo liners.

I waited to post about these for a year. I absolutely love these. They’re great for working out, walking the dog, or just lounging at home. I’m 6’4” so they really are hoochie daddy short on me. The liner is great and the two pockets fit phone, wallet, and keys. The price is great for quality that you get. These have held up washing over and over for a year. No piling or seam weakening. Can’t recommend these enough. Give us more colors!

These shorts are well made and extremely comfortable. I’m 6’3” 250lbs and the large/X-Large fit well. I will order more of these and continue to support HLE.
