Tailored Programs for Every Hunter
Our core training programs are available in three levels to match your fitness and skill level:
Beginner: Ideal for those less experienced to fitness training. This level focuses on building foundational strength and improving basic endurance. The routines are simplified yet effective, designed to ease you into a consistent training regimen.
Intermediate: Perfect for athletes with a baseline of experience and a moderate level of fitness. This level ramps up the intensity and complexity of movements, incorporating more advanced strength and endurance training. You'll start to develop the stamina and resilience needed for longer and more challenging hunts.
Advanced: Designed for seasoned athletes. This level features higher-intensity, higher-volume, complex workouts that push your limits and optimize your performance. You'll engage in specialized training routines that mimic the physical demands of real hunting scenarios, ensuring you're prepared for the most demanding hunts.

Our specific training approach targets all three energy systems to provide a holistic and effective fitness regimen:
Phosphagen System: Focused on short, high-intensity efforts. Training this system helps you build explosive power and foundational strength, essential for quick movements and heavy lifting during your hunt. Whether it's a heavy pack out or a long drag to the truck, building foundational strength through periodization will increase your performance & longevity as a hunter.
Glycolytic System: Geared towards moderate-duration, high-intensity efforts. Enhancing this system improves your ability to sustain intense activity, which is crucial for the physical demands closing the distance over varied terrain and enduring the bursts of activity often required in hunting situations. Additionally, training the glycolytic system at lower elevations can help prepare hunters for the stress of high altitude. This system improves your body's ability to manage and utilize oxygen efficiently during intense efforts, which is especially beneficial at higher altitudes where oxygen levels are lower. By training this energy system, you can increase your lactate threshold and improve your body's ability to buffer and clear lactate, reducing fatigue and enhancing performance in low-oxygen environments.
Oxidative System: Concentrated on long-duration, low-intensity efforts. Improving this system boosts your endurance, enabling you to move long distances under load, navigate rough terrain, and remain in the fight throughout extended hunts without succumbing to culminating fatigue.
