    Simple and Straight to the Point

    If you are looking for a program that has no extra fluff to it and will help you build your strength in the big three (plus overhead press) then this is the program for you. If you are a beginner in the power building world this is a perfect program to start with and guide you along the way. If you are more advanced and just want a template to follow, then use this and make substitutions as your equipment/facility requires.

    Cardio is simple each week as well for building a base and trimming the waist. (I prefer the stair master)

    This is my third HLE program and I have been impressed with each one. 10/10 would recommend.

    Perfect strength program

    This 5 day a week program is perfect for recouping some strength after hunting hard all deer season. Ive ran through this program twice since it was released and its a no BS strength training program based around the big 3 and over head press with the right amount of accessory work to support each main lift that you dont have a choice but to get stronger... and sexier
